Overview

SubTrack ("we," "our," or "the App") is developed by Jeffery Studio. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application.

The short version: SubTrack is designed with privacy at its core. We do not collect personal data, we do not access your bank accounts, and we do not sell or share your information with third parties.

Information We Collect

SubTrack is a privacy-first application. We collect minimal information to provide and improve our service:

• Subscription Data: The subscription information you manually enter (service names, prices, billing dates, shared members) is stored locally on your device and optionally synced via Apple iCloud. We do not have access to this data.
• Purchase Information: When you subscribe to SubTrack Premium, the transaction is processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect or store your payment details, credit card numbers, or Apple ID credentials.
• Crash Reports & Analytics: We use Firebase Crashlytics to collect anonymous crash reports and basic usage analytics. This data does not contain personally identifiable information and is used solely to improve app stability and performance.

Information We Do NOT Collect

To be explicit, SubTrack does not collect:

• Bank account credentials or financial login information
• Credit card or payment details
• Your name, email address, or contact information
• Location data
• Advertising identifiers for ad targeting
• Data from other apps on your device

How Your Data Is Stored

All subscription data you enter is stored locally on your device. If you enable iCloud sync, your data is securely stored in your private iCloud account using Apple's CloudKit framework. This data is encrypted in transit and at rest by Apple. We do not operate our own servers to store your personal data.

Third-Party Services

SubTrack uses the following third-party services:

• Apple iCloud (CloudKit): For optional data synchronization across your devices. Governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.
• Firebase Crashlytics: For anonymous crash reporting and app stability monitoring. Governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
• Firebase Remote Config: For app configuration management (e.g., feature flags, minimum version requirements). No personal data is transmitted.
• Apple StoreKit 2: For processing in-app subscriptions. All payment processing is handled by Apple.

Advertising

The free version of SubTrack may display advertisements provided by third-party ad networks. SubTrack Premium subscribers enjoy an ad-free experience. We do not use personal data for ad targeting. Any data collected by ad networks is governed by their respective privacy policies.

Children's Privacy

SubTrack is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete such information.

Data Deletion

Since your data is stored locally on your device and in your personal iCloud account, you have full control over it at all times. You can delete all your data by:

• Deleting individual subscriptions within the app
• Deleting the app from your device
• Removing SubTrack data from iCloud via Settings > Apple ID > iCloud > Manage Storage

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
