1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using SubTrack ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App. The App is developed and maintained by Jeffery Studio ("we," "us," or "our").

2. Description of Service

SubTrack is a subscription tracking application that allows you to manually record and manage your recurring subscriptions. The App provides tools for tracking billing cycles, viewing spending statistics, splitting costs among shared members, and receiving renewal reminders.

SubTrack is an organizational tool only. The App does not access your bank accounts, process payments on your behalf, or cancel subscriptions for you. All subscription data is entered and managed by you.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use SubTrack. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use the App.

4. User Accounts & Data

SubTrack does not require account creation. Your subscription data is stored locally on your device and, if enabled, synced through your personal Apple iCloud account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and iCloud account.

5. SubTrack Premium Subscription

SubTrack offers a premium subscription ("SubTrack Premium") that unlocks additional features, including unlimited subscription tracking, smart notifications, cost splitting, custom app icons, and an ad-free experience.

• Pricing: SubTrack Premium is offered at USD $1.99 per month. Prices may vary by region and are subject to change. Current pricing is always displayed in the App before purchase.
• Billing: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
• Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Cancellation: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period.
• Refunds: All refund requests are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund.
• Free Trial: If a free trial is offered, unused portions of the trial are forfeited upon purchasing a subscription.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the App
• Distribute, license, or sell copies of the App
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks connected to the App

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of SubTrack — including but not limited to the design, graphics, user interface, code, and trademarks — are owned by Jeffery Studio and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

SubTrack is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

SubTrack is a tracking and organizational tool. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any calculations, including cost splitting amounts or spending statistics. You are responsible for verifying all financial information independently.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Jeffery Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of or inability to use the App.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jeffery Studio from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the App or your violation of these Terms.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan), without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
